Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days

(Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Obsidian Roast is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at daronddt@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
  • For lost shipments, please reach out and we will do our best to help track or replace your order.
