Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

At Obsidian Roast, we want you to love every sip. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

  • Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened.
  • Unopened Bags & Merchandise: If your order is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at daronddt@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a refund depending on your preference.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened coffee bags
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if marked final sale)
